    Dear Robert Green,

    What bases do you have saying that Falun Gong is a apocylyptic cult? Do you know anyone who practices? Have you been to China where they day-in and day-out arrest/beat/torture/murder Falun Gong practictioners for believing in Truth, Compassion, Tolerance?

    I know someone, or many who practice. Me and my mother being some of them. My mother was very sick 10 years ago and could not find a cure in western medicine or eastern Qigong and Yoga. One day her friend introduced her to Falun Gong, my mother was skeptical. She asked how much it was to join, her friend replied it's completely free. My mother began practicing and within 3 months her slew of illness vanished, she threw all the bottles of medicines she used to take for 30+ years in to the trash. She also didn't pay or cent, or was asked for any money. She practiced Truth, Compassion, and Tolernace - the princles of Falun Gong and that's what made her healty again. The meditation was only to strengthen her Gong (energy) to remain young and youthful. She was 45 at the time but my friends parents thought that she was my sister.

    I was 15 when my mother began practicing. I'm 23 now, and I've been to China where I was beaten because I tried taking a photograph of the brutal arrests against peaceful Falun Gong practitioners at the time. The Chinese regime did not want any evidence of what was going on inside their own country to get out. That was 2000, 1 year after the persecution began.

    When you believe any piece of propoganda that the Chinese Communists controlled media puts out, you basically are supporting their henious human-rights violations. There are people so clouded by the CCP that still to this day that don't believe that the Tiananmen Sq. massacre ever occred. ALso, most of the Chinese citizens who don't have accessed to outside media because they are block by the CCP, don't even know that Falun Gong praciticioners are being persecuted, much less that their organ's are being harvested as we speak in their locals hospitals.

    SO when you think that Murdoch is not as evil as say, the Bancrofts, who's publication has won a pulitzer for uncovering facts of genocide going on in China, then you are just as mislead as those in China.

    If Murdoch is able to buy Dow Jones and seize control of The Journal, then that means he will have have the ability to influence even more people, and when he's advocating the interests of the Chinese Communist Party, that can be a very dangerous thing.

    Before you critize a peaceful spiritual movement that wants peace, has never even used force against the policemen who are forced to torture them till their deaths, never had a rally or parade around the world that required any kind of police supervision, I suggest you get to know someone who practices. There are thousands in the U.S. I'm sure it won't be hard to find one. If you live in NYC, I'll be happy to take you out to lunch and discuss peacefully and open-mindly regarding any confusion you have about Falun Gong.
